They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced including their manager juanito. Never going back to that pep boys be careful when you order online and pay online to pick up in store because they try to make you pay twice even after you get the ready to pick up notice saying that you already paid for the item when you placed your order. They make you feel like if you were an idiot that doesn't know what you are doing.
